Payment Methods

We offer several secure payment methods at checkout. All payment transactions are transmitted encrypted (TLS/SSL). Payment details are processed exclusively by the respective payment service provider and are not stored in our systems.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit & debit cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express (processed via Stripe)
• Apple Pay – directly from your Safari browser or iOS device
• Google Pay – via compatible browsers and Android devices

The payment methods displayed during checkout are authoritative. Some methods may be unavailable depending on destination country or order value.

Payment Processing & Security

Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland). Stripe is certified to PCI-DSS Level 1 – the highest security standard of the payment card industry.

For Strong Customer Authentication (SCA / 3-D Secure 2), your bank may request additional verification during payment.

Invoicing

You will receive an invoice by e-mail automatically after payment. For intra-Community B2B deliveries with a valid VAT ID we issue invoices under the reverse-charge procedure.

Currency

All prices are quoted and settled in Euro (EUR). For card payments from countries with a different local currency, your bank or card issuer may charge additional conversion fees.
