Delivery Areas

We ship across the entire European Union as well as to selected third countries (e.g. Switzerland and Liechtenstein).

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping within the EU: costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country
• From €100 order value: free shipping within the EU
• Non-EU countries: shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country

Actual shipping costs are transparently shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order.

Delivery Times

Processing and shipping times depend on current order volume and workload and may therefore vary. We do our best to process every order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail so you can check the current status at any time.

Delays caused by customs, public holidays, strikes or weather events are outside our control.

Carriers

We ship with established European carriers (e.g. DHL, DPD, Austrian Post, Swiss Post) and choose the fastest option for your destination. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.

Packaging

All peptides are shipped discreetly, temperature-protected and adequately padded. Cold-chain-sensitive products are labelled accordingly and packed with suitable cooling materials.

Customs & Import (non-EU)

For shipments to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, Liechtenstein) additional import duties, customs fees or VAT may apply and are payable by the recipient. The customer is responsible for obtaining any permits required for import and use.

Transport Damage & Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your shipment on receipt. In case of visible transport damage or incorrect deliveries, contact us immediately at alpenpeptides@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange replacement or refund.
